Acceptance of terms
By using Ammo Tracker, with or without an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Ammo Tracker is operated by Benn Partners LLC (“we” or “us”).
Description of service
Ammo Tracker is a free ammunition price search. It collects listings from the retailers we cover, shows them by cost per round, and links you to the retailer to buy. With a free account you can also keep a personal inventory, watch calibers, receive price alerts by email, and save searches. All of it is free, and there is nothing to buy from us.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ammo Tracker. Federal law requires buyers to be at least 21 to purchase handgun ammunition from a licensed dealer, and some states and retailers set higher ages or additional requirements. Ammo Tracker does not sell, ship, or broker ammunition; every purchase is between you and the retailer. You are responsible for knowing and following the federal, state, and local laws that apply to you, including laws on buying, shipping, and possessing ammunition.
Prices and retailer listings
Listings are collected automatically and rechecked every few hours, but they can be wrong, stale, or incomplete, and we do not cover every retailer. Prices change quickly. Always confirm the price, stock, and shipping rules at the retailer before you buy. We make no promise that any listing is accurate, in stock, or available to ship to you. Every purchase is made on the retailer's site, under the retailer's terms, and we are not a party to it.
Affiliate links
Some links to retailers on Ammo Tracker and in our emails are affiliate links, marked “affiliate”. If you buy through one, the retailer may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change which offers we show or how we rank them. Offers are ranked by cost per round unless you choose another sort.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us from the address on the account; the Privacy Policy describes how that works.
Your content
You own the inventory data you enter into Ammo Tracker. By using the service, you grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content back to you so the service can function. We do not use your content for any purpose beyond operating the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Ammo Tracker only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or otherwise abuse the service or the infrastructure it runs on. You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download our pages or data with automated tools, republish our listings or price history, or use the service to build a competing dataset. Ordinary search-engine indexing of our public pages is fine.
Not legal or compliance advice
Ammo Tracker is a search and record-keeping tool only. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not ensure or guarantee compliance with any firearm or ammunition law or regulation in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, shipping, ownership, storage, transport, and use of firearms and ammunition. Nothing on the service should be relied on as a substitute for that responsibility.
Disclaimer of warranties
Ammo Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any price or listing is accurate, or that your data will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Ammo Tracker, including loss of data, loss of inventory records, or any purchase you make from a retailer.
Termination
You may stop using Ammo Tracker at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
